FloorCoatingOps ("FCO", "we", "us") provides a web-based business management platform for floor coating and home service contractors, including lead and contact management, quoting, invoicing, scheduling, payments, messaging, and accounting integrations (the "Service"), available at app.floorcoatingops.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
You retain all rights to the business data you and your team enter into the Service, including customer records, quotes, invoices, and job information ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to store your customers' information in the Service and to contact them through it.
Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor and are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment processing for your customers is provided by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms. Fees charged by payment networks, banks, or processors are your responsibility.
The Service connects to third-party products you choose to link, such as Stripe for payments and QuickBooks Online for accounting. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and you may disconnect an integration at any time from the Service or from the third party's app management page. We are not responsible for third-party products or for changes those providers make to their services.
You may not use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications, to violate telemarketing or messaging laws, to store or transmit malicious code, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access data belonging to other customers. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.
We work to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features over time. Support is provided by email.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FCO is business software, not accounting, legal, or tax advice; you are responsible for the accuracy of your books and filings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. If billing lapses, the account becomes read-only for 7 days and is then limited to billing and data export until billing is fixed. We keep your Customer Data after cancellation, termination or a lockout and do not delete it automatically. The account owner can export it at any time, and paying restores full access. You may request deletion in writing as described in our Privacy Policy.
The program. FloorCoatingOps operates the text messaging program for the contractors who use the platform. When you enter a mobile number and tick the SMS consent box on a contractor's FloorCoatingOps quote request or estimate booking form, you agree to receive text messages from FloorCoatingOps on behalf of that contractor about your floor coating project. FloorCoatingOps is the sender and identifies itself by name in every message.
Message types. Replies to inquiries and missed calls, quote links, estimate appointment reminders, crew arrival notices, job updates, payment receipts and invoice reminders, and review requests after the job is done. That is the same list the consent box states before you tick it. Every message concerns your own project with your contractor; we do not send third-party advertising.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote, book an estimate, and have the work done without agreeing to texts. Leaving the box unticked never blocks a form, and you can still be reached by phone or email.
Message frequency varies. Messages follow activity on your project rather than a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply to messages you send and receive. FloorCoatingOps does not charge you for them.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply START to opt back in. You may also ask the contractor to remove your number.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for help information, or email support@floorcoatingops.com.
Carriers are not liable. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions.
Eligibility. The program supports mobile numbers in the United States. Enter only a number you are authorized to receive messages on.
Support contact. Email support@floorcoatingops.com, or reply HELP to any message from the program - both reach FloorCoatingOps directly. This message program has no telephone support line; email and the HELP keyword are its two support channels. For questions about the work itself, call your contractor on the number shown on your quote or invoice. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
